Terms

Terms of service

Last updated October 24, 2026.

Draft for owner review. This is not legal advice. Please review before launch.

These terms cover your use of ReplyRounds, a service run by Honest Bench Co ("we", "us"). By signing up you agree to them.

1. The service

We write replies to Google reviews of your business and, if you give us Manager access, post them for you. Paid plans also include a monthly report on whether AI assistants mention your business. We do our best to reply within 24 hours of getting a review, but delays can happen (for example, if Google is down or emails are not forwarded).

2. Your part

You confirm you own or are allowed to manage the business profile. You tell us if a reply contains something untrue. You are responsible for replies you approve or paste yourself. You can remove our Manager access at any time.

3. Rules we follow

We follow Google's review and content policies. We will not write fake reviews, offer rewards for reviews, filter who is asked for reviews, or post private details about customers. We may refuse any request that breaks these rules.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, per location, by our payment provider. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email, except founding-rate customers, whose $39 price is locked for as long as they stay subscribed. There is no setup fee. Unpaid accounts are paused.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any time by email. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for. See our refund policy.

6. No guarantees

We do not promise more customers, higher ratings, better rankings, or that any AI assistant will recommend you. The service is provided "as is".

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email you about big changes before they take effect.
