We use AI to help write drafts. Each draft is checked against the review for facts and tone before it goes to you. Each reply uses what the customer said. Half of people dislike generic replies, so we avoid them.

No. Never share your password. Either forward the review emails, or add us as a Manager in your profile settings. You can remove a Manager any time.

Within 24 hours of getting the review from you or seeing it in your profile. Plus plans get same-day replies on weekdays. If we miss 24 hours twice in one month, that month is 50% off.

We draft a calm, short reply and send it to you first. We never post a reply to a 1 to 3 star review without your OK.

No. Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks Google's rules. We can show you how to flag one that does.

Once a month we ask AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google's AI Mode the kind of questions your customers ask. We tell you if you were suggested and what might help. We cannot promise results.

Yes. For health businesses we keep replies general. We never confirm someone is a patient or mention treatment.

Your first 5 replies are free, no card needed. After that, Basic is $49 per location per month and Plus is $79. Each extra location is $29 per month on Basic or the founding rate, and $49 per month on Plus.

Our first 25 customers get Basic for $39 per location per month instead of $49. That price is locked for life as long as you stay subscribed.

No setup fee and no contract. You pay month to month and can cancel any time by email. No notice period.

If you are not happy in your first paid month, email us within 14 days of paying and we refund that month in full.

Only if you want to. Replies to 1 to 3 star reviews always come to you first. For 4 and 5 star reviews you can approve each one or let us post them for you.
