Try before you pay

Your first 5 replies are free. You see our work before you pay anything. There is no setup fee.

First month

If you are not happy in your first paid month, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund that month in full. No hoops.

After that

You can cancel any time, with no notice period and no contract. Your plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused days.

If we miss

If we miss our 24-hour reply time twice or more in a month (for reviews you sent us or we could see), that month is 50% off. We refund the difference or credit it to your next bill, your choice.

How to ask

Email hello@replyrounds.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually in 5 to 10 business days.
