What it is

ReplyRounds is a done-for-you service that writes replies to Google Business Profile reviews for small local businesses. It is run by Honest Bench Co (working name). It launched in 2026.

Who it is for

Independent local businesses in the United States, such as cafes, restaurants, salons, dentists, plumbers and contractors, that get Google reviews but do not have time to answer them.

What it does

Writes a personal reply to each new Google review within 24 hours.
Sends replies to the owner to paste, or posts them if the owner adds ReplyRounds as a Manager on the profile.
Sends negative reviews to the owner for approval before any reply is posted.
Once a month, checks whether AI assistants (ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini) mention the business for a few typical customer questions, and reports the results.

What it does not do

It does not write, buy, filter or remove reviews.
It does not offer rewards for reviews.
It does not guarantee rankings or AI recommendations.
It does not cover Yelp, Facebook or other review sites yet.

Pricing (as of October 24, 2026)

Free start: replies to the 5 latest reviews, one time, no card.
Founding rate: $39 per location per month for Basic, locked for life, first 25 customers only.
Basic: $49 per location per month.
Plus: $79 per location per month, adds replies to up to 30 older unanswered reviews in the first month, a 10-question monthly AI check and same-day weekday replies.
Extra locations: $29 per location per month on Basic or the founding rate; $49 per location per month on Plus.
No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. Full refund within 14 days of the first paid month.
24-hour reply promise: if missed twice in a month, that month is 50% off.
