What we collect
- Your name, business name, email and billing details (billing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers).
- The review emails you forward to us, and reviews we see with Manager access.
- Messages you send us.
How we use it
Only to run the service: write and post replies, run your monthly AI check, bill you, and talk to you. We do not sell your data. We do not use your customers' reviews for ads.
Tools we use
We use a few service providers to run ReplyRounds: email hosting, website hosting, a payment provider, and AI writing tools to help draft replies. They only get what they need to do their job.
Health businesses
Public reviews are public. We still treat them with care. We never confirm in a reply that a person is a patient or client. We do not want any private health information, so please do not send us any.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you are a customer and delete it within 90 days after you cancel, unless the law says we must keep billing records longer.
Your choices
Email us to see, fix, or delete your data. We will answer within 30 days.
