Simple steps. Runs on email.
You do not need a new app. Pick the way that suits you. You can switch any time.
Option A: Forward your review emails
Google emails you when someone leaves a review. Forward those emails to us. The easy way is to set up a filter in your email so they forward on their own.
- Sign up and we send you your forwarding address.
- Set your email to forward messages from Google about new reviews.
- We send back a reply for each review within 24 hours.
- You open the review in Google and paste the reply. It takes about 30 seconds.
Good for: owners who want to keep full control.
Option B: Add us as a Manager
In your Google Business Profile, you can add a Manager by email. A Manager can reply to reviews. A Manager cannot remove you or delete the profile.
- Open your profile and go to "Business Profile settings", then "People and access".
- Add our email as a Manager.
- We check for new reviews each day and send you the draft replies.
- Say OK (or ask for changes) and we post them. Or turn on auto-post for 4 and 5 star reviews.
Good for: owners who want it done for them.
What happens with a bad review?
We never post a reply to a 1, 2 or 3 star review without your OK. We draft a calm reply, and we may ask you one question first, like "Is it true you added staff on Saturdays?" We only write fixes that are true.
The monthly AI check
More people now ask AI tools for local picks. BrightLocal found 45% of consumers have used AI for local recommendations. Once a month we ask ChatGPT, Google's AI Mode and Gemini a few questions a customer might ask, like "best dentist in Astoria". We tell you if you came up, who came up instead, and one or two simple things to fix on your profile. We cannot promise that AI tools will recommend you. Nobody honestly can.
Your first 5 replies are free
Send us your 5 latest reviews (or a link to your Google profile). We write all 5 replies. If you like them, pick a plan. If not, you owe nothing.
